Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide up‑to‑date advice.
- Drive sales and key performance indicators through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory accuracy and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive team culture and uphold Sephora’s operational policies to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly shifts and maintain punctual attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to selling.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal‑oriented environment and is a quick learner of product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform active retail duties for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible shifts (including peak retail hours, weekends and holidays).
