Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.

  • Support merchandising, inventory processes and store presentation to ensure a clean, organized and inviting environment.
  • Champion an inclusive, collaborative team culture and adhere to company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Meet flexible scheduling requirements, including availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment demonstrating strong service and relationship-building skills.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to consult and sell in a customer-centric manner.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative, goal-driven attitude and the ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain activity for a retail shift.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for Flex scheduling (typically 4–14 hours/week) and work peak retail periods.

Experience
