Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed store sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive and customer-focused shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment; beauty experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong team orientation.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; previous retail or hospitality experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
