Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Pensacola, FL — part-time, entry-level role providing client consultations and product recommendations. $16.60–$22.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet individual client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application techniques.
  • Drive sales performance and strive to exceed daily and weekly KPIs through client engagement and conversion.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising standards and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and embody Sephora’s customer-first service culture.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience.
  • Work flexible hours and be available for peak retail periods including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team environment.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance; able to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.

Experience
