Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and drive client retention.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on product usage and benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain a well-merchandised, clean and inviting sales floor; support inventory processes and visual merchandising standards.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, expert advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; demonstrated ability to build client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product innovation with the ability to communicate enthusiasm professionally.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Reliable availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive, on-your-feet tasks.

Experience
