Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance and educate clients on application and routine.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through client engagement, product discovery and follow‑up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and inviting.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
  • Promote an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements.

Qualifications

  • Entry‑level candidate with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing settings.
