Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised one‑to‑one consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and in‑store techniques to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and appropriate upselling.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and stock replenishment to maintain an attractive, organized selling floor.
- Maintain store presentation standards and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
- Foster an inclusive team culture; collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and support store operations.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to protect clients, merchandise and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, product trends and helping clients build confidence through personalised recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to selling.
- Reliable availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements for Flex roles.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by retail (able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds).

Experience
Entry‑level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing roles is preferred but not required. Demonstrated customer service ability and a fast learning curve are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal beauty or cosmetology training is a plus.
