Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship building.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure the store environment is clean, organised and inviting.

Qualifications

  • Adaptability and a rapid ability to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.

Experience
