Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to each client, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and beauty tools to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and application techniques to provide relevant, inspiring advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding KPIs and conversion targets through consultative selling and add-on recommendations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming shopping environment.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing setting.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred and valued for demonstrating service excellence and relationship-building.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetician or beauty-related certification preferred but not required.
