Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-touch beauty consultations and product recommendations to build client confidence and long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools; educate clients on application techniques and regimen building.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and brand training to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Support an inclusive team environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client service role; demonstrated ability to build rapport and drive sales.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a desire to educate and empower clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a high-volume retail environment.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform light physical tasks associated with visual merchandising and inventory handling.

Experience
Entry-level. Prior retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required; training is provided for product knowledge and sales techniques.
