Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and product benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory control, and ensure a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Support a culture of inclusivity and teamwork by contributing positively to the in-store environment and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in a retail, hospitality or other client-facing environment; prior beauty retail experience preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, product knowledge and trend awareness.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Reliable availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
