Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen routines.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and category developments to deliver informed advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs and contributing to conversion and basket metrics.
  • Support merchandising, inventory maintenance and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized and inviting retail environment.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies to maintain a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through products and routines.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and share expertise with clients and colleagues.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reliable punctuality and consistent attendance, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Experience

Entry-level: previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment is preferred but not required; a demonstrated aptitude for customer service and sales is expected.
