Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and beauty goals.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen routines.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and brand assortments to provide relevant advice.
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs through consultative selling, add-on recommendations and clienteling.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, visual standards and maintain a clean, welcoming retail environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and follow all company policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment demonstrating strong service skills.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and staying abreast of trends and product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and adapts quickly to change.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Experience
Entry-level; prior retail or hospitality client-facing experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
