Sephora in Metairie, LA is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex). Part‑time role, $18.00–$20.50/hr, focused on client consultations and product sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address clients’ individual needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and share techniques to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare categories.
  • Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and conversion of consultations into sales.
  • Support merchandising, restocking and inventory processes to maintain an organized, visually compelling sales floor.
  • Ensure a welcoming, clean and safe store environment that reflects Sephora brand standards.
  • Work collaboratively within the store team to foster an inclusive culture and deliver consistent client experiences.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays as required for peak retail operations.

Experience
