Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in‑store beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed store KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow‑up.
• Support inventory management, merchandising and visual presentation to ensure a clean, organized and compelling sales floor.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to create a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
• Promote an inclusive, team‑oriented culture and collaborate with colleagues to support store objectives.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for the flex schedule.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging diverse clientele.
• Customer‑service orientation with a demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal‑driven retail environment.
• Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly shifts for the flex schedule.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Skills

Experience

Entry‑level; prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment is preferred and demonstrates the ability to deliver excellent service and develop client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 19.30 per hour.
