Sephora in Los Gatos is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex). Part-time, hourly $22.60–$26.00/hr. Join a client-focused beauty retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, formulations and regimen routines.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category knowledge to provide informed advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store revenue targets.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting retail space.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture that models Sephora’s standards, policies and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
  • A demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product learning.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak times, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties.
  • Eligible to work in the United States and able to meet store scheduling commitments.

Experience
