Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, product ingredients, and regimen building.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new launches, and seasonal assortments to provide relevant, trend-led advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support merchandising, inventory control and store presentation to maintain a clean, organized and welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Passion for beauty, cosmetics and skincare, with an eagerness to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the capacity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged periods of standing.
