Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Stay current on beauty trends and product launches to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual sales targets.
- Maintain presentation standards by supporting merchandising, inventory management and keeping the sales floor clean and inviting.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies for a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience providing excellent client service in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; prior retail or client-facing experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and deliver consistent customer service is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
