Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance application and benefits.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant and inspiring advice.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to key performance indicators through clienteling and conversion.
  • Support merchandising, stock management and planogram compliance to maintain an attractive, well-stocked sales floor.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming in-store environment consistent with Sephora Canada standards.
  • Foster an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing setting.
  • Passion for beauty, cosmetics and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to meet flexible scheduling requirements including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
