Sephora Huntsville (AL) is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex). Part-time hourly role $18–$20.50/hr delivering personalized beauty consultations and merchandising support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, product benefits and new launches.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory replenishment and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
- Stay current with beauty trends, brand assortments and seasonal promotions to provide relevant recommendations.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety policies.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet the minimum required weekly shifts/hours.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar client-focused environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and trends with the ability to translate knowledge into client recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport quickly.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and ability to meet required weekly shift minimums for Flex/part-time scheduling.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for merchandizing and stock tasks.

Experience
Entry-level position; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or beauty/cosmetology training is a plus but not required.
