Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise, educate clients on application techniques and provide trend-driven advice to build trust and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through effective clienteling and conversion strategies.
  • Support inventory control, merchandising and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and on-brand selling environment.
  • Work collaboratively with store colleagues to promote an inclusive team culture and ensure compliance with company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Maintain flexible availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and reliably meet scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; previous beauty retail experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a desire to continuously learn.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing duties for extended periods.
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to meet required minimum weekly shifts for a flex/part-time schedule.

Experience
