Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that align with each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routine building.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of beauty trends, new product launches and competitive offerings to inform client advice and drive repeat visits.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Support merchandising, inventory activities and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized and inviting store environment.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative store culture by supporting colleagues and upholding company policies and client safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and influence.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to perform in a goal-driven retail environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred and will be considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional beauty or cosmetology certifications are advantageous but not required.
