Sephora Honolulu is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Honolulu, HI — part-time flexible schedule, $19.80–$26.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, inspired advice.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client engagement.
  • Support merchandising, inventory processes and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and commercially effective selling floor.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative store culture that prioritizes exceptional client service and teamwork.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Maintain flexible availability to meet scheduling needs during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and develop client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, product trends and client empowerment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Quick learner with an aptitude for acquiring and sharing product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work peak retail hours.

Experience
