Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Harrisburg, PA — part-time, hourly ($18.00–$20.50/hr) delivering personalized client consultations and beauty recommendations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and conversion-focused selling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness and organized product displays to preserve the client experience.
- Support inventory activities, stock management and basic loss-prevention practices.
- Work collaboratively within the store team to promote an inclusive, client-centric environment and comply with company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused setting.
- Genuine passion for beauty trends, products and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
