Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare; educate and empower clients to build confidence in their beauty choices.
  • Remain current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs through consultative selling, add-ons and clienteling.
  • Support merchandising, inventory replenishment and maintain a clean, organised, on-brand sales floor.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for all clients.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety standards and loss-prevention practices.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience providing excellent service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.

  • Reliable availability for retail peak periods (nights, weekends and holidays) and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
