Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, on-trend advice.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual targets and contributing to store KPIs.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to maintain a clean, inviting retail environment.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays to meet peak retail demand.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment (preferred for entry-level applicants).
  • Passion for beauty, trends and a commitment to empowering clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty-related certifications are advantageous but not required.
