Sephora in Fremont, CA is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex) to provide personalized consultations. Hourly role, $22.60–$26.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences through one-to-one client consultations and product recommendations.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and client follow-up.
- Support store merchandising, inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and visual presentation to ensure an inviting retail environment.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
- Maintain flexible availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and client empowerment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable punctuality and availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to perform retail duties, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred and candidates should demonstrate the ability to build strong client relationships and meet sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty-related certifications are a plus.
