Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and perform product demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store key performance indicators.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to deliver relevant advice.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts for Flex roles.
Qualifications
- Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar client-focused environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and collaborative.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and ability to meet flexible scheduling requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role. Previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required; training on product knowledge and sales techniques will be provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
