Sephora Fort Wayne is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex) — part-time, hourly role offering personalized beauty consultations ($16.60–$19.30/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance to inspire confidence and repeat visits.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store key performance indicators.
- Support merchandising, inventory counts and visual presentation to maintain a clean, organized and inviting store environment.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and techniques to provide timely, relevant advice.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
- Maintain punctual attendance and availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Availability for flexible, part-time scheduling (Flex role typically 4–14 hrs/week; availability during nights, weekends and holidays required).
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar client-focused environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong relationship-building ability.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-driven environment and is quick to learn product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standard retail duties reliably and punctually.
