Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through live demos and education to empower clients’ beauty routines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive store performance by meeting sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and conversion.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory tasks and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized and welcoming.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards while fostering an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a related service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet required weekly shifts (Flex: 4–14 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform extended periods of standing.

Experience
Entry-level; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles is preferred but not required. Demonstrable customer-service aptitude and eagerness to learn product knowledge are essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or esthetician certification is a plus but not required.
