Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through live demonstrations and education to empower clients in their beauty routines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales and achieve assigned KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling activities.
  • Support inventory control, merchandising and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold Sephora customer service and safety standards.
  • Adhere to flexible scheduling needs, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or client-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or similar environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Team-player mindset with a collaborative, goal-oriented approach.
  • Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge with clients and colleagues.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties.
  • Reliable punctuality and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements (Flex: 4–14 hrs/wk; Part Time: 15–29 hrs/wk; Full Time: 30–40 hrs/wk).

Experience
