Sephora in El Paso, TX is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex). Hourly pay $16.60–$19.30/hr; flexible, client-facing retail role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's skin type, preferences and lifestyle.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Perform makeup application and product demonstrations as needed to showcase benefits and drive conversion.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by promoting add-on sales, loyalty enrollment and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory replenishment and ensure the selling floor remains clean and inviting.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and brand initiatives to provide relevant, contemporary advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum shift and attendance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Reliable availability for flexible scheduling including peak retail hours.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
