Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise via hands-on demonstrations and educational guidance across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed store KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and contribute to visual presentation of the selling floor.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant and informed advice.
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment by supporting team collaboration and adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.

- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required during store operations.
Skills
Experience
Beginner — previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated aptitude for building client relationships and achieving sales targets is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal beauty certifications (optional) advantageous.
