Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category knowledge to provide relevant advice.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through active client engagement and conversion.
- Support inventory processes, merchandising standards and maintain an organized, welcoming sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold Sephora's policies for a safe, respectful shopping environment.
- Maintain flexible availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.

Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or another client-service environment preferred.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing settings is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty certifications are a plus but not required.
