Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences that build client trust and drive repeat visits.
  • Provide tailored product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance informed by client needs and preferences.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of beauty trends, techniques and launches.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective client engagement, conversion and follow-up.
  • Support store presentation: merchandising, inventory replenishment, upkeep of a clean and welcoming sales floor.
  • Promote an inclusive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to meet operational goals.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and compliant retail environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required; meet minimum weekly shift/hours for the Flex role.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and cultivate client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and enhancing client confidence through product education.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable consulting one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Reliable availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and punctual attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
