Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare; educate clients on application techniques and product benefits.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and category knowledge to provide relevant and timely advice.
- Drive sales and KPI performance through consultative selling, clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the selling floor is clean, organized and inviting.
- Support store policies to create a safe, inclusive and compliant shopping environment.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays to meet peak retail demand and staffing requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments; prior beauty retail experience preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty products, trends and techniques; quick learner with an appetite for product education.
- Reliable availability with willingness to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for flex scheduling.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties.
- Team-oriented, punctual, and able to perform in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail or customer-service experience in a client-facing environment is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and meet sales objectives is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
