Sephora Canada hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Delta, BC — part‑time hourly role, CAD$18.85–23.55/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance ranges.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance and meet or exceed store KPIs through exceptional client engagement and product selling.
  • Support inventory control, merchandising and stock replenishment to ensure an attractive, organized selling environment.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions and maintain accurate client records as required.
  • Adhere to Sephora Canada policies and safety standards, contributing to a welcoming and secure shopping experience.
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment with demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Passion for beauty, current trends and a desire to support clients’ confidence and self‑expression.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
  • Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work to sales targets in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when performing merchandising and inventory tasks.
