Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate and share product expertise to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
  • Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Drive sales results by meeting or exceeding individual and store key performance indicators.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and housekeeping to ensure an organized, attractive retail environment.
  • Foster an inclusive team culture and contribute to a welcoming client experience for diverse customer profiles.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards to create a secure, enjoyable shopping environment.
  • Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team environment.
  • Fast learner with the ability to absorb and convey product knowledge clearly.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
