Sephora Dayton, OH seeks a Beauty Advisor — Flex (part-time), $18–$23/hr; deliver personalized beauty consultations and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower customers.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding daily and weekly KPI and conversion targets.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organized and on-brand sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends and product launches to provide timely, relevant advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention, safety and hygiene procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product education; quick to learn and share new knowledge.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 23 per hour.
