Sephora Canada seeks a Beauty Advisor - Flex in Dartmouth, NS. Part-time hourly role (CAD$16.70–$20.90/hr) delivering personalised beauty consultations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised in-store beauty consultations and product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and upselling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming retail environment.
  • Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and category innovations to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture, adhering to Sephora Canada policies and promoting a safe, respectful shopping experience.
  • Be reliably available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience providing exceptional customer service in retail, hospitality or client-facing environments preferred.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product education.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset and comfort working to sales targets.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standard retail duties.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Experience
