Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and beauty goals.
- Demonstrate product expertise through persuasive demonstrations, education, and trend-driven advice.
- Drive individual and store results by meeting sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain a clean, well-merchandised sales floor; support inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company standards for safety, service, and presentation.
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays to meet peak retail requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide excellent service and build client relationships in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles.

Experience
Entry-level / beginner: Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; ability to demonstrate strong customer-service aptitude and quickly absorb product knowledge.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics, or retail beauty certification is a plus.
