Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments preferred.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, product trends, and client empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance required.
  • Ability to meet the required minimum weekly shifts/hours based on employment type (Flex: 4–14 hrs/week; Part-time: 15–29 hrs/week; Full-time: 30–40 hrs/week).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
