  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations and client education to build trust and repeat business.

  • Drive sales and meet store KPIs by converting consultations into transactions and promoting appropriate add-on items.

Qualifications
