Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge across skincare, makeup and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory tasks and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies for a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a customer service environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Reliable availability for nights, weekends and holiday shifts and punctual attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
