Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product launches, trends and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
- Support inventory management, merchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, organised and inviting salesfloor.
- Uphold Sephora operational policies and contribute to a safe, secure and inclusive shopping environment.
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements for Flex scheduling.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing environments (preferred).
