Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and beauty goals.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen benefits.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Drive sales performance and KPI attainment through consultative selling, add-on recommendations and client follow-up.
- Support store presentation: merchandising, inventory handling, stock replenishment and maintenance of a clean, inviting salesfloor.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, respectful shopping experience.
- Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and peak holiday periods.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated customer service excellence preferred.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends and holiday shifts; punctuality and consistent attendance required.

Experience
Entry-level; previous retail or client-facing experience is preferred and valued. Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and meet service or sales objectives is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetician or beauty-related certification is a plus.
