Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and build long-term relationships.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs through effective cross-selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current with beauty trends, launches and application techniques to educate clients.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and maintain a clean, organised and inviting retail environment.
- Uphold company policies and visual standards to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and promoting openness and belonging.
Qualifications
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; able to meet minimum weekly shifts for a Flex schedule (4–14 hrs/week).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual and reliable attendance.

Experience
Entry-level. Prior retail, hospitality or other customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; demonstrated ability to develop client relationships is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty-related certification is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
