Sephora Canada hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Brampton, ON — hourly CAD 18.20–21.40; part-time, client-facing retail role.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate and teach product knowledge, techniques and trends to educate clients and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through active selling, clienteling and follow-up.
- Support merchandising, inventory control and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and on-brand retail environment.
- Work collaboratively within a team to foster an inclusive, client-focused store culture and uphold company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for Flex scheduling.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty products, current trends and a desire to empower client confidence.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt tone and approach to diverse clientele.
- Proven ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and contribute to team sales performance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail tasks.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to build client relationships and meet sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
