Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, routines and product benefits.
- Stay current with beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant, informed advice.
- Drive individual and store sales performance by meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
- Support merchandising, inventory processes and maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming retail environment.
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends.
- Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or client‑service environments preferred.

- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability for flexible scheduling and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
