Sephora Atlanta (Ponce City Market) is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex). Part‑time flex role, $18.00–$20.50/hr, delivering personalised beauty consultations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge to educate and empower clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to ensure relevant, compelling advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and cross‑selling.
- Support merchandising, inventory activities and visual presentation to maintain a clean, organised and appealing sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture by supporting team goals and upholding Sephora’s policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in retail, hospitality or client‑facing environments.
- Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment, with a genuine interest in cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging diverse clientele.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a results focus and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Entry‑level. Previous retail or client‑facing experience is preferred but not required; demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
